Uses |

- For treating sheathing joints over "wood-based" and other substrates when installing an Akrilon secondary membrane, such as AKRIL-SEAL and AKRIL-SHIELD.
- For adhering EPS (expanded polystyrene) insulation to an Akrilon secondary membrane (vertical ribbon
orientation).
- For adhering EPS (expanded polystyrene) insulation directly to "wood-based" substrates (unoccupied
structures).
IMPORTANT: Direct application of EIFS to moisture sensitive substrates is not approved. On occupied dwellings, EIFS must always include a secondary barrier against moisture penetration.
- Interior or exterior applications.
